In a study that was conducted at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, some of their patients
from Minnesota underwent a personality test that evaluated their different levels of optimism and pessimism.
The progress of all the patients was measured over 30 years, and sure enough they found that optimists lived longer than average for their age and gender, while pessimists sadly had a shorter life than
the average. Researchers found that optimism not only strengthens the immune system but also helps people adopt much healthier lifestyles.

Optimists feel better and take better care of themselves, while pessimists confirm their fears by having
higher blood pressure, more anxiety and depression.
Can you believe this? In that case, then the choice of your attitude determines everything.
Holocaust survivor Viktor E. Frankl said: “Everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of the human freedoms—to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one’s own way ”

You can choose to have depressing, negative thoughts or inspirational thoughts and think positive; Your choice determines the outcome of your life.
Proverbs 23: 7 “As a man thinks in his heart, so is he:”
So, choose today to think positively about yourself, your spouse, your family, your friends and your future. Your attitude determines the direction of your
life and ultimately your success in life.
